: DIRECTIONS TO THE SHIM ACADEMY - ROSELLE
1305 St George Avenue, Roselle, NJ 07203

Garden State Parkway North Exit 136 - Bear right at traffic light, make a left at the next light (Raritan Road). Go straight through one light, bear right at the fork in the road (N. Wood Ave). Proceed to next light, make a left onto St. George Ave / Route 27. Continue through until you see Aldi Supermarket, make a left onto Harrison Ave, then a right onto Newman Place, and another right onto Drake Ave. The Shim Academy parking lot is on the left hand side.

Garden State Parkway South Exit 138 - Bear right from exit ramp onto Galloping Hill Road. Follow to end (approximately 2 1/2 miles). Make right onto Westfield Ave / Route 28. At first light, make left onto Linden Road. Make first right onto 1st Ave, then left onto Drake Ave. Proceed approximately a mile, and The Shim Academy parking lot is on the left hand side.

Route 1 & 9 South - Take Rte 1 & 9 South to Park Ave (White Castle Restaurant is on the right hand side), make a right onto Park Ave, go to the 3rd light, make a left onto St. George Ave / Route 27. Continue approximately .5 miles to Sheridan Ave, make a right, then a left onto Newman Place and another left onto Drake Ave. The Shim Academy parking lot is on the left hand side.

Route 1 & 9 North - Take Rte 1 & 9 North to Wood Ave, make a left onto Wood Ave, go straight to E. Elizabeth Ave, travel approximately 2 miles to Cranford Ave, make a left onto Cranford. Continue straight until you get to the first light, make a right onto St. George Ave / Route 27 and a left onto Sheridan Ave, make a left onto Newman Place, and another left onto Drake Ave. The Shim Academy parking lot is on the left hand side.

Morris Ave - Take Morris Ave towards Elizabeth, make a right onto North Ave (Kean University is on the right), continue on North Ave, cross over Westfield Ave. North Ave will turn into Elmora Ave, travel on Elmora Ave until you get to St. George Ave / Route 27. Make a right onto St George Ave, travel approximately 1 mile to Sheridan Ave, make a right onto Sheridan Ave, a left onto Newman Place and another left onto Drake Ave. The Shim Academy parking lot is on the left hand side.

NJ Turnpike Exit 13 - Follow Elizabeth / Linden sign, stay on right lane, follow Elizabeth Route 1 & 9 North. Stay on the left lane, make a left at the light (Brunswick Ave). Go over the overpass, bear right, Brunswick Avenue will turn into Park Ave, continue going straight, the 5th light is St. George Ave / Route 27, make a left - The Colosseum Diner is on the left. Continue approximately .5 miles to Sheridan Ave, make a right then a left onto Newman Place and another left onto Drake Ave. The Shim Academy parking lot will be on the left hand side.

Garden State Parkway North Exit 137 - Towards Roselle Park / Elizabeth / Cranford. Keep left at the fork in the exit ramp. Turn left onto NJ 28 / North Ave (will become Westfield Ave). Continue for approximately 3/25 miles, then turn right onto Chilton Street. Turn left onto W. Grand Street. Turn right onto Price Street, then left onto W. Jersey Street. Proceed for about 1/4 mile, and The Shim Academy is on the left-hand side.

Garden State Parkway South Exit 140A - US 22 Exit, towards Rt 82 E / Elizabeth / Somerville. Merge onto US 22 W. Take the ramp towards Rt 82 E / US 22 / Elizabeth, and make a quick right onto Ingersoll Terr. Turn right onto Morris Ave / NJ 82. Follow for approximately 2 1/3 miles, then turn slight right onto Union Street. At end, turn left onto W. Jersey Street. Proceed for about 1/4 mile, and The Shim Academy is on the left-hand side.

Morris Ave - Take Morris Avenue towards Elizabeth. Turn slight right onto Union Street. At end, turn left onto W. Jersey Street. Proceed for about 1/4 mile, and The Shim Academy is on the left-hand side.

New Jersey Turnpike Exit 13A - Follow signs for US 1&9 South. Turn right onto East Jersey Street. Proceed for about 1/4 mile, and The Shim Academy is on the right-hand side.

St George Avenue - Take St. George Ave towards Elizabeth. After passing Warinanco Park (on left), St. George Ave will become Rahway Avenue. Proceed for approximately 3/4 mile. At end, road turns left onto Cherry Street. At 2nd intersection, make right onto West Jersey Street. Proceed for about 1/3 mile, and The Shim Academy is on the left-hand side.

Route 1 & 9 North - Route 1&9 North; pass Jct 439 (Elmora Ave / Bayway Circle). Proceed approximately 1/2 mile in the right-hand lane (you will pass a McDonald's on the right). Go down a ramp (do not go over the bridge); make a left at the end of the ramp, onto Pearl Street. Turn right at the 2nd light, onto Bridge Street. Bridge Street becomes Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza. Turn left onto East Jersey Street. The Shim Academy is on the right-hand side.

Route 1 & 9 South - Route 1&9 South; turn right onto East Jersey Street. Proceed for approximately 1/4 mile. The Shim Academy is on the right-hand side.
